Shipping
UNITED STATES AND OVERSEAS ORDERS: will be billed actual shipping charges. Purchaser is responsible for all duties or other customs charges.
Availability
While I make every effort to maintain stock on all my products, quality is my highest priority. My artwork is not mass produced. I may have to ask for your patience until your artwork is ready to ship, but I think you'll find the artwork you get will be worth the wait. In most cases, the delay for regular production artwork is less than three weeks. Some specifically identified pieces are special order items with limited availability and may take longer. In any case, if you pay by credit card, I won't charge you for artwork until I actually ship it to you.
Guarantee
Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for the life of your artwork.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the artwork within 30 days of purchase for your money back. Call for replacement or substitution.
Instruction for Returns
If you need to return an art piece to us, for any reason, please be sure to wrap the item carefully and pack in a sturdy box, large enough to protect the art from damage in transit. Please insure it with the Postal Service or UPS, whichever you prefer to use. Please include an explanation for the return. |
